First, search for your desired food item and add it to your cart. Next, select your preferred shipping method, verify the estimated delivery time, and enter your payment details. If the vendor provides a tracking number, use it to monitor your order, and then sit back and wait for your delicious food to arrive.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes, please contact the vendor before the order is shipped.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, becoming a member grants you access to exclusive discounts, including special offers during our customer appreciation sales.

1. Log in to your homecookout account and go to the top of the page and look for order tracking link or click here: www.homecookout.com/orders/tracking
2. Enter your Order ID along with your email. 
3. Click the "Find" button to see the current status and location of your shipment.

If tracking isn’t available, you can contact the seller directly for your order updates.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted on perishable items like food due to health and safety regulations. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact the seller directly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement. Please note that repeated incidents of incorrect delivery or receipt will not be tolerated.
